With this in mind, Traverso set out to create a chair that would stand out from the rest. The Everyday Chair is not just another chair; it is a statement piece that adds a touch of art to our everyday lives.

What sets the Everyday Chair apart is its irreverent and playful character. It invites us to take a moment to relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. But the uniqueness of this chair doesn't end with its design. It is made with Poleasy, a cleanable polyethylene material that can withstand any conditions, making it a durable and versatile piece of furniture.

The Everyday Chair is crafted using rotational molding polyethylene technology, ensuring a seamless and sturdy construction. Its dimensions of 40 cm x 80 cm and a total height of 80 cm make it suitable for various spaces. The seat height of 46 cm provides optimal comfort for extended periods of sitting.

There are two versions of the Everyday Chair available. The colored version comes in a range of shades, including embossed, glossy, and soft touch finishes, making it suitable for indoor use. The lighted version features an E27 socket for low energy consumption bulbs up to 32W or RGB bulbs. It also comes with a remote control for easy operation and control of multiple seats simultaneously.

The Everyday Chair was developed over a period of 9 months in Vicenza and Padua, Italy. The design team, led by Federico Traverso, aimed to create a chair that combines the functionality of a comfortable seat with the aesthetics of a work of art. The result is a chair that not only serves its purpose but also adds a touch of creativity to any space.

This unique design has been recognized and awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category in 2014.
